This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal data when you use the Valipark application ("App").
The App is intended solely for verifying whether a vehicle parked at an Urban Connect-managed parking location has a valid parking reservation in the Urban Connect system.
The App is used by authorized personnel at participating customer parking locations. When a parked vehicle is checked, the App captures the vehicle's license plate using the device camera and verifies whether there is an active parking reservation for that license plate at the specific parking location and at the time of the check, and returns a simple verification result indicating whether the vehicle has a valid reservation.
The App is not a general-purpose licence plate recognition or parking enforcement application. It is intended exclusively for parking locations that use the Urban Connect parking reservation system, where parking spaces must be reserved in advance by authorised users.
When you use the App, we collect and process the following personal data:
a) Account & Authentication Data — Email address (used for login and account identification), name and surname;
b) Technical Data — Device type, operating system, browser type — IP address — Access timestamps and usage logs.
